Leadership Geauga educates youth (rising juniors and seniors in high school) through its Youth Leadership Institute, adults in the Signature Adult Program (consisting of leaders living or working in Geauga County), and retirees in the Heritage Program. Class participants learn more about the community, grow as leaders, and develop relationships to better Geauga County.

Approximately 400 Geauga County and surrounding area attendees will participate in an evening of philanthropy through bidding in silent and live auctions and other fundraising games at the Emerald Ball. Funds raised at the Emerald Ball are crucial to the future success of the organization.
