We host a quarterly newsletter for the employees at our facility and we like for them to participate in contests and to win prizes to help boost the morale in our Regional Jail.  As most everyone knows public safety has been on the forefront of reform in the recent past and it's a hard job that is thankless so we try and boost the morale in our facility by offering "prizes" to employees who participate in functions that are not mandatory, in hopes that it brightens their spirits and makes them enjoy the job a little bit more.
