We are a Regional Jail that holds upwards of 1400 inmates at any given time.  We have a staff of roughly 300 paid employees.  We are looking for ways to improve morale here during a time when citizens are losing faith in public safety more specifically criminal justice.  Was hoping to receive some sort of tickets to various events throughout the year to local (around richmond north to DC).  Ie, Fredericksbrug or Washington Nationals tickets, amusement parks, fairs, concerts, etc., that we can use as prizes for our employees for trivia games, contests and awards as our budget cannot support the increases.  Any help you can provide us would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
