But for teens in underserved communities, access to opportunities can be difficult to find. People who can help guide them toward meaningful career pathways can be even harder to find. EXP is known in Southern California as the opportunity engine for more than 6,400 high school students each year. By building powerful connections between schools, community and industry, we are able to introduce students to a vast array of career opportunities and help build tomorrow’s workforce and communities. We also provide confidence building skills that help the students reach well beyond what they ever thought they could achieve.

Our programs provide hands-on, face-to-face experiences with employers, industry leaders, mentors and fellow students who share their drive to succeed. Working with our industry partners and high school pathways, we train and coach students in the skills they need for work, college and help them plan for their futures. We help them realize their dreams through a solid foundation of education, career exploration and mentorship.
