The Hayward Unified School District (HUSD) is excited to host the annual Families United Conference focused on providing educational opportunities for parents and caregivers while providing enrichment activities for students. We held our first conference last year with over 500 families in attendance. We hosted over 15 workshops on a variety of topics and provided Spanish interpretation for each session. This event included a resource fair where we invited more than 30 community partners to connect with our parents and share resources about their services. This event was made possible with the support of our community.

Our district is seeking for sponsors and community partners to collaborate with. You can support our event as a sponsor or you can donate to the Families United Conference scheduled for Saturday, December 9, 2023. The conference will be located at Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School in Hayward and we anticipate 600 families to attend the conference.

Bronze Donation - An in-kind donation of gift cards, tickets, memorabilia, or store product to be used as a reward for a family attending the conference
Silver Donation - A $300 donation to be used for conference-related expenses
Gold Donation -A $600 donation or more, with the opportunity to host a booth
 

With your support, we hope to improve the education of our students and further engage the community to take the initiative to support our future leaders. As a donor, your organization will be recognized during the event and promoted on our social media. If our request is approved, we would ask to receive the donation by November 17, 2023. We thank you for your time and attention to our donation request.
