Bethany is a 501(c)(3) non-profit child welfare organization that has protected vulnerable children since 1944 by bringing and keeping families together. We have operated in Virginia for over 30 years. Our annual Family Changes Everything broadcast will be presented live on Thursday, October 20, 2022, to raise awareness of our services and to benefit children and families in Virginia. Bethany will broadcast the virtual concert event in 15 different cities at live events and is offering virtual viewers a link to watch the broadcast from home. Over 3,000 individuals have registered to watch the event nationally. In Virginia, we have over 100 guests planning to come to our live event and 139 registrations to watch virtually so far. The event will include refreshments, a hot cocoa bar, Crumbl cookies, food by Orofino, and a Silent Auction with over 30 different items. Funds raised at the event will support the Safe Families for Children program, a systems-changing family preservation movement designed to prevent child abuse and neglect.
