Every family member, from children to grandparents, is invited to discover how to get your mind and body right. They will learn how to be fit in all aspects of life: nutritionally, physically, mentally, financially, civically, spiritually, and more.
Engage in educational and physical activities, plus get exposure to resources and services from
over 100 businesses and other non-profit organizations aimed at enhancing and improving everyone’s quality of life.
