Ladies Leukemia League, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (we do not pay any salaries and keep overhead costs to a minimum) raising money for leukemia/lymphoma research in the Gulf South area.  We supply grants annually to research scientists from Tulane and LSU Medical Centers, Baylor, MD Anderson, to name a few, who apply to our program.  These researchers use our grant as seed money to attract national grants to further their research.  Our only fundraiser is our Fete de Noel Luncheon and Fashion Show sponsored by Dillard's.  Our program includes a New York-style Fashion Show featuring 3 or 4 area children who are facing the challenges of leukemia/lymphoma, Raffles and Silent Auction.  We attract over 1,000 people to our event.  Due to the challenges of COVID and the recent damage sustained by our community because of Hurricane Ida, we will hold a Virtual Raffle and Auction Event.
