The Franklin Elementary School PTO, a 501(c)3 organization, is seeking support from local businesses, organizations, and individuals for its 1st Calendar Raffle to take the place of our Annual Auction/Raffle.
This fundraising event, which in the past, welcomed over 500 attendees each year will now have the opportunity to include anyone who wants to participate and will allow them to buy as many tickets as they want. Previous years auctions/raffles were a great success with over 300 contributors and close to 700 individual prizes. While we do not intend on having 700 individual prizes we will be grouping items into baskets and raffling them off that way. Each participant will have the option of winning at every drawing. Additionally, we intend to make sure that everyone’s donations are mentioned on the ticket flier as well as through our social media page consistently from January through the time the event ends.
Many Franklin School programs are funded solely by the PTO and not covered by the district. Your support will benefit our students in many ways. Proceeds from this year’s auction will fund informative assemblies, library books, athletic equipment, technology, class trips, and more.
Donations can be sent directly to the school, attention ‘PTO Calendar Raffle,’ or picked up at your convenience. Our tax-exempt number is 270-680-077.
