The Franklin Elementary School PTO is holding our 21st annual Auction/Raffle on March 19th, 2016. The proceeds of this event benefit Franklin kids in many ways: Before and After school programs, informative assemblies, library books, special school equipment, new technology and best of all class trips. Many of the programs are 100% funded by the PTO because they are not covered by the district. As we are sure you agree, our children are our greatest asset and they deserve our very best effort in providing every opportunity for them to grow and
