Description
The Fred Torres Memorial Fund hosts a 5K, 2M walk and Kids Race each year as our major fundraiser. This year's event will be held on Sunday 10/15 at Garret Mountain Reservation in Woodland Park, NJ. We award overall winners, age group winners, and raffle off lots of great give aways to our runners, walkers and spectators. We give all of our runners goodie bags with a race bib, t-shirt and product donations. This is a family friendly event and we have participants and spectators ranging from 2 - 70 years of age.
All proceeds from the event benefit the Fred Torres Memorial Scholarships. The scholarships are presented annually to graduating seniors of Clifton High School who participate in the Cross Country and Track and Field Programs.
