This request is to help secure donations for our 5th annual Free Fair Entertainment Fundraising Auction for the upcoming 159th Van Wert County Fair. This auction will be held in the Junior Fair Building on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at 10 am. With the previous auctions, we have been able to raise approximately $18,000 through this effort. This year we hope to exceed our goal of $8,500 and with your help we may be able to achieve our goal. We have set an attendance goal for 150 people as well.

We strive to add value for our Fair attendees and supporters each and every year by providing high quality, free family entertainment. Through the success of the Fair we then support various youth organizations and their projects so they can continue to be a part of the annual Fair. We try to do everything possible to be able to give back to the community and the area youth.

Donations could be gift certificate or voucher or promotional merchandise, or any other item(s) you feel would help make the auction a success. All donors will be given recognition at the live auction event, be listed in the auction listing, will be listed in the annual publication of the fair book, listing on our fair website (www.vanwertcountyfair.com), also on fair’s social media sites. Your donation may be tax deductible and we can provide you with a donation receipt if desired. We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.
