Would you like to possibly consider supporting the 2020 Van Wert County Free Fair Entertainment Fundraising Auction?  The auction for this year has been scheduled for May 28,2020 but has been postponed for August 7th, 2020 at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds.  This will be the 9th year in conducting this live auction and have raised over $50,000 and the goal this year is at $7,000 and 150 attendees.

Free entertainment is that which is available for the price of admission to the fair.  It is essential for us in providing value for our fair attendees and supporters.  High quality, family entertainment has helped improve the fair's attendance, allowing it to support various service clubs, youth clubs and other organizations that depend on and greatly benefit from the fair.  A strong, county fair is a symbol of vitality for rural America today and helps create a sense of pride within the community.  I am hoping that this year will be a huge event, especially after this trying pandemic for our country and world.  I know, when we are released, which we will be, from this nightmare-the community will be supported by our organization and we will give them everything possible to help their entertainment and give them more than ever this year for their entertainment dollars of admission and enjoy themselves and their fellow community members.  

In the past, donations have been provided from sports organizations, entertainment attractions, businesses, celebrities, among others to help build an unique auction inventory.  Items can range from business merchandise, gift certificates/cards, tickets/admission passes, or any other item(s) that you would feel that will help make this auction a continued success.  Should you make a donation for this event, your business will be recognized by the auctioneer day of the event, listed in auction items, mentioned on fair website and social media posts, among other ways as requested.  Any donation that you can provide is and will be greatly appreciated.  I look forward to adding your name to our auction inventory!
