Family Fun Night is where we have a carnival at the school to raise funds for our school.  We also use the night to promote fun and community by getting together after school hours to have a great time. 

We raise funds at fun night by selling wristbands to enter the school to participate in all games and activities.  We also have raffle items for children ages 5-11 and a silent auction for the adults.  The silent auction consists of baskets of items as well as some higher prices items that are auctioned by themselves.

The funds that we raise go back to our school to help fund projects for the children, teachers, and staff.  This year we are raising funds to help with the mental health of our students as well as fund literacy.  For the mental health aspect, we are providing the funds to purchase comfortable furniture to be placed at the end of each grades hallway so if the students need to take a break from class, they have a comfortable, safe space to go.  Another part of the mental health aspect is to continue improving our mobile sensory carts.  These are used throughout the school to help teachers with their lessons, give kids a mental break during their day if they need it, as well as help with indoor recess.   Items on the carts include fidget toys, the Floor is Lava spaces, and a carpet that has them doing different activities to name a few items.  The literacy part of our funding is going to the teachers to help replace and add books to classroom libraries.  While our school has a library the kids have more interaction with their classroom libraries so adding them will help introduce more books and words to the students.

The ways that we would recognize your company for the donation is on our website, our Facebook page, a logo on the silent auction bid bag, and a sign up in the cafeteria.  We will have bags that we are going to provide to all the families that come and if you want to provide business cards, stickers, or other ways of advertising we will put it in the bags.
