Our Hoedown for Hope is our signature fundraiser that we hold. It will be held at the Havre de Grace Community Center and catered by Sterling Caterers. The event features an all you can eat and drink buffet as well as a DJ. We hold a Silent Auction, run money wheels and usually hold 2 raffles of higher end prizes. This year our event will be a Country Western themed event. Proceeds from this event go to support our efforts to continue to recruit, train and supervise community volunteers to serve as advocates for abused and neglected children in foster care. Supporting this fundraiser is directly helping to provide an advocate for a child who needs one. A CASA volunteer is a unique individual who looks out only for the best interest of the child.
