Join Home Start and food, beer, wine, and spirit vendors from around San Diego County for our 16th Annual HalloWINE Food and Wine Festival on October 28! Located on a private estate in Point Loma, you can enjoy tasty treats, silent auction, live music, and so much more in recognition of Domestic Violence Prevention Month, and to raise vital funds for Home Start's domestic violence prevention programs.
