More about the Hope Council:
In 2023, Kenosha and the country as a whole are facing unprecedented substance use concerns, impacting the health, safety and well-being of our whole community. The mission of the Hope Council is to reduce the impact of substance use disorders on the community by providing education, prevention, intervention and referral services. We do this through assessment and referral services, alcohol and other drug testing, special families programming, and community-based programming and educational activities. Our work is not always visible, but it is necessary to keep our community safe and help our residents to be the best versions of themselves.
