Hope Hits Harder is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children diagnosed with cancer in the San Antonio area.

Thank you for considering donating to our silent auction for our 2023 gala, “Hope Through the Looking Glass”, held at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort on October 7th. An Alice in Wonderland themed party featuring live entertainment, dancing, drinks, live/silent auctions, and food provided by some of the best restaurants in San Antonio! This annual initiative will help us ensure the success of Hope Hits Harder’s local efforts in San Antonio and surrounding counties. Our goal is to present guests with premium packages and experiences to make the silent auction one of the highlights of our event. We invite you or your business to support “Hope Through the Looking Glass” by donating items for our silent auction. Your business or name will be visible to more than 700 guests on the night of the gala.

Hope Hits Harder’s 2023 commitments:
● Sponsor a new Child Life Center at the Women’s & Children’s addition to University
Hospital
● Send children to Camp Discovery - this camp gives children with cancer a true summer
camp experience with caring volunteers and other kids who are fighting the same fight
● Grant three scholarships through B.I.G. Love Cancer Care for children battling cancer
● Sponsor a two bedroom apartment with A Shelter for Cancer Families for San Antonio
patients seeking treatment at MD Anderson
● Underwrite three cancer care rooms and a playroom at San Antonio’s Ronald McDonald
House
● Continue providing our existing programs: HOPE Bags, HOPE Packs, meal/parking
vouchers, annual Toy Drive, Jana Banana Day, etc.
