Greetings from We Can Ride, where lives are changing every day! We Can Ride is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, volunteer-based organization which connects horses and humans to transform the lives of individuals with disabilities and meet the evolving needs of the greater community.

We serve more than 275 clients every year, with an ever-growing waitlist seeking our help. In addition to our clients with disabilities, we responded to the unique opportunities presented by the Pandemic to forge new partnerships and support a broader cross-section of the community. Equine Connections provides support and stress relief to the first responders most impacted by Covid-19. Through Equine Assisted Learning, we are providing a bright spot for residents of local group homes where they can focus on the comfort a therapy horse brings. With a spirit of adventure and innovation, We Can Ride people and ponies continue to reach those who need us the most.

As you can imagine, the last several years have been challenging to non-profits like ours. We have found creative ways to meet our budgetary needs and now are presenting our largest annual fundraiser – Horses, Heroes & Hope -- in a whole new way. This Gala will feature a gourmet food and wine experience, an incredible auction, fun competitions amongst attendees and more! The event date is Sunday, March 3rd, 2023.
