On Friday May 26th 2023, Hospice L&A will host our 18th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. This annual event has become our largest fundraiser of the year. Funds raised help support our valuable services. All of our services are offered FREE OF CHARGE!

Programs/services:

Visiting Volunteer Program (supportive palliative care), Bereavement Support (one-on-one, group and resources), Caregiver Support (one-on-one, group and resources), Childrens Wish Fund (grants wishes to those under 19 diagnosed with a life limiting illness), Resource library, Equipment loan cupboard and Hospital Bed Loan program (equipment lent out free of charge)
