Description
The Maggie & Amos Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, was founded in honor of Maggie (Rosko) & Amos Meyer. Maggie & Amos passed away in October of 2016 in a house fire in Byron, Illinois; Maggie was a teacher at Chana Education Center and Amos was a preschool student at the Byron Forest Preserve District. Our Foundation works to continue to memorialize Maggie and Amos within our communities; we have been able to award over $48,200 in grants and items to teachers in local schools and organizations that allow for creative learning in children.
