The Achievable Foundation (Achievable) will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of our Achievable Health Center at our It's Achievable Gala held on Saturday, May 20, 2023. At the event, we will be honoring two champions in the community who have positively impacted Achievable and our mission to provide high quality, integrated health care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and other vulnerable populations.
Honoring: Dr. Michelle Catanzarite (The Achievable Foundation) and Kaiser Permanente.
