I am writing on behalf of the John Weldon Elementary PTO to request a donation for our 4th Annual Silent Auction. Our event is scheduled for Wednesday, March 20th at 7:30 p.m. at John Weldon Elementary. All auction items will be available for in person and online viewing from Wednesday, March 13th – Wednesday, March 20th. At our event, we will auction off gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for decodable books, a book vending machine and classroom enrichment for each classroom within our school.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for our event, your business will be recognized on auction displays throughout our school, on the event flyer, in our school newsletter, on our PTO website and Facebook page. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with our PTO’s tax-exempt ID number (EIN 43-1592531) for your records.
