The Kimberly Ann Olson Memorial Meet is an inaugural meet to honor our coach that passed away in November 2021 from an aggressive brain cancer.  Kim was the coach and director of the Hastings Area Swim Team for over thirty years.  Our team greatly misses her and has designed this meet in her honor.

The meet will have teams from all over the state of Minnesota (Winona, Northfield, Edina, Oakdale, Duluth, Stillwater, and Hudson, WI) with an estimate of 200+ swimmers in attendance (with an additional captive audience of parents/spectators of roughly 200+).  To increase the excitement of the races, we will be offering random 'Hot Heats', where the winner of the heat would win a prize...and this is where you would come in. ;)

The met will start with distance events on Friday evening, with one session, then two sessions each for Saturday and Sunday starting at 8am.  The meet will be streamed on our Facebook page.  

We will have the meet sponsors (any person or business that has donated to the meet) recognized in our meet program, on our Facebook page, and on a board at the event itself.
