We're organizing a school-wide Read-a-Thon in March and we'd like your help with a gift card donation to reward their reading efforts. 

A Read-a-Thon is exactly as it sounds, a reading event where students will read as many books as they can get their hands on- the goal is to get everybody reading while building schoolwide camaraderie.

All proceeds from our event will directly fund programs at PS 18, which is a Title 1 school (greater than 60% of students living in poverty). These enrichment programs usually include art, music, dance, debate, and chess. We cannot fund these programs with parental contributions alone.

Not only will your contribution help tremendously with our fundraising efforts, but your participation will generate school-wide enthusiasm in a time that's been less than cheery for our students.
