Description
Parents Engaged in Education were the first parent led volunteer run charity to step up when schools in Ontario closed due to COVID-19.
We responded immediately by building Learn at Home Kits for students living in poverty. These kits provide not just learning materials, but books, crafts and creative materials that help alleviate the mental health challenges that have only increased during this difficult time.
We have already distributed more than 1,500 kits and are currently working on another 1,500 which we hope to have completed by the end of September.
All in-kind donations will help us meet our goal.
