DSAA NE is excited to be hosting two Buddy Walks this year, to celebrate children and adults with Down syndrome and to help raise awareness and funds to support our in important work.    This year our Lincoln Buddy Walk will be held March 18, 2023, from 9am – noon at Gateway Mall in Lincoln, Nebraska.  

 Down Syndrome Advocates in Action Nebraska (DSAA NE) is a non-profit organization that advocates for the value, acceptance, and inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome.   One of our main areas of focus is education where we work hard to ensure families understand proposed legislation, how it will impact them and the best way to use their voice to make change. For school age children we help families navigate the Individualized Education Programs to ensure children are able to access their education and make meaningful progress on their goals. We are able to provide a variety of programs and services to families across the state of Nebraska because of support from organizations like yours.
