Lip Sync Battle is an annual fundraiser to support Project 16:49 and the unaccompanied homeless youth in Rock County. The event features local teams who perform in front of judges and an audience to compete for the title of Lip Sync Battle Champion. In addition to the performances there are raffle items, baskets and a 50/50 raffle. Lip Sync Battle 2018 had an attendance of almost 500 people. All proceeds go directly to Project 16:49.

Project 16:49 serves Rock County's unaccompanied homeless youth by providing them with basic needs and services to improve self sufficiency and independence. Rock County has 300+ youth who meet the criteria for Project 16:49's services. Project 16:49 operates two transitional living homes, holds workshops in schools, and organizes collection drives for school supplies and holiday gifts. Basic needs, such as hygiene supplies, clothing, food and household items, are also supplied to youth in need.
