Project 16:49 serves Rock County's unaccompanied homeless youth by providing themw ith basic needs and services to improve self-sufficiency and independence. Rock County has 300+ youth who meet the criteria for Project 16:49's services. Project 16:49 operates two transitional living homes, holds workshops in schools and organizes collection drives fro school supplies and holiday gifts. Basic needs, such as hygiene supplies, clothing, food and household items, are also supplied to youth in need.
