Description
In the shadow of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the towns of Round Hill, Hillsboro and Bluemont, VA, are lucky enough to have the A.T. right in our backyards. The Loudoun Appalachian Trail Association hosts the free, family-friendly Loudoun Appalachian Trail Festival as our signature event.
We are a small, 100%-volunteer nonprofit whose aim is to inspire our larger community to both enjoy and protect the Appalachian Trail and other natural spaces around us. The festival is our main event, but we work with trail organizations and civic groups year round to produce and promote environmental stewardship projects. We appreciate the financial support and in-kind donations that allow us to do this.
