Waymakers Huntington Beach Youth Shelter is a 3 week crisis intervention program for homeless, runaway, at-risk, and abused youth ages 11-17. The youth receive comprehensive services like a warm bed, 3 healthy meals a day, academic assistance,clothes, hygiene items, case management and individual, group, and family therapy--- all free of charge. At the end of the 3 week Program our goal is to reunify youth with their families. Over the last 16 years, we have successfully reunified 90% of our youth with their families.

To continue to offer these free services to struggling youth in our community, we host numerous fundraisers throughout the year, like our Love Grows by Giving wine tasting on February 24th. This event takes place at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa, and features a selection of food and drink from local wineries, restaurants, breweries, and bars. All proceeds from this event directly benefit the children and youth served in the Program.
