Description
This is the 5th annual Mane Event. It is our primary fundraiser for the annual operating expenses. This year we are incorporating a 1950's theme with decade appropriate decorations, dance contests and best-dressed couple contest. The evening consists of a semi-formal dinner, dance, silent auction and oral auction. We are able to showcase a few of our riders and educate the community about the benefits of therapeutic riding during this event. We offer a photo booth to capture the memories.
This event is open to the community. Past events have brought together riders' families, volunteers and donors. They have an opportunity to share stories of how Chakota has benefited them and how they have allowed Chakota to grow and offer a unique therapy to the disabled.
