MDE is a K- 12 school in Marietta, Georgia providing special education to children with a variety of disabilities, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, communication disorders and learning differences. We also offer a vocational academy to help young adults with special needs develop life and job skills.

Our annual benefit, Boots & Brews, is scheduled for March 9, 2024. Our goal is to raise $70,000 this year for curriculum upgrades, funding to purchase a mini-bus to transport our vocational academy students to community work opportunities, and general fund support. We expect 200 people to attend this evening which includes craft beer, a BBQ buffet, live music, a silent auction, a live fund-a-need appeal, and a raffle drawing.
