Description

On Friday, October 18th, the Merced PTA will host it's 2nd Jog-A-Thon since 2019. This exciting event helps students get a jumpstart towards a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness, as well as raise funds for programs that benefit our students throughout the year. Funds are used to pay for different programs, events, and services that enhance our students' education: field trips, classroom enhancements, software for the teachers and students, library books, assemblies, family fun nights, ice cream socials, sports equipment and rewards for a school wide behavioral program. Merced is a Title I school that depends on fundraisers and donations to fund various programs for our diverse student population. All donors will be recognized on a Jog-A-Thon banner that is displayed in front of the school, school website, weekly newsletter to parents and our schools social media. Any donations will be greatly appreciated by our staff and students.
