MCRC's 5th Annual All 4 Her 5k is a family-friendly fundraiser that the whole community can participate. In this 5k, you choose your own adventure - You choose whether you run, walk, roll or stroll and you choose what time and where. On Saturday June 22nd participate your way or join us for a 5K walk in the beautiful Milton community! Online registration goes live online April 2nd. 

All funds raised through All 4 Her will go directly to supporting MCRC's She Can! programs. She Can! programs are free, accessible programs that are girl centered and designed to empower and uplift girls in our community. https://mcrc.on.ca/shecan/ 

She Can programs are extremely popular and making a huge difference to our young girls. We have seen a marked improvement in girls' self-confidence, self-esteem, relationship buidling, and overall wellness, and programs have long waitlists. Therefore we are fundraising so that we can expand our She Can! programs and reach more girls in our community. In 2024, we want to increase the number of girls in our programs from 900 to 1500 and offer more programs to support mental health and wellness.
