Houchin Community Blood Bank is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides blood products for over 31 hosptials and cancer facilites throughout California for the past 71 years. Some of those hospitals include: City of Hope, ICI Medical Center, and Henry Mayo. We specialize in providing Red Blood Cells, Plasma and Platelets to those in need. One car accident victim can use up to 80 units (pints) of blood. Demand is high, but we can help! 

Our goal is to reach out to different organizations that are willing to donate items as incentives for donors. Sadly, blood donations are histrocially low. Last year in 2021, we had the lowest total blood collections in history. To help battle the shortage we are looking for donations that will encoruage blood donors to come out and save lives!
