This October, Meals on Wheels of Long Beach (MOWLB) is hosting our Third Annual Online Auction Fundraiser, the proceeds of which will go toward the continuation of our home delivered meal program.
MOWLB provides nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared meals for individuals who are unable to shop and cook for themselves. Founded in 1971, the program now continues delivering Monday through Friday, apart from major holidays.
Here at Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, we pride ourselves on being “more than a meal”, providing not only freshly prepared meals each day, but connecting clients to a multitude of needed services that lead to improved quality of life and safety
