MS Resources of Central New York is a 501(c)3 not for prifit local health agency that provides local client services to persons diagnosed with multiple sclerosis is the Central, Upstate and Southern Tier areas of New York State.  

The MS Resources On-Line auction originated due to covid as we had to think of unique ways to raise funds.  It was very well received and we are continuing it and this will be our 3rd Annual. The first 2 raised over $ 23,000 for our agency and we are hopeing to raise $ 15,000, this year. 

We solicit individuals and businesses to ask for donations of items and or gift cards to put in the auction.  We have a website listing alll the auction items on it with descriptions, pictures, value and donors of the items. The actual auction runs for 5 days and person can view items and bid from the comforts of their home.  At the close of the auction the bidders with the higest amount wins the items.  They are notified.  

This is a way that businesses can show their community support by donating to a charity.  The businesses and indivduals that donate to us are listed on the website with their information.  We have an email list of over 10,000 names that the information is sent to. We email them 6 times  times from start to finish of the event. We have had ove 1,400 actual bidders on the sight and over 4,000 views.

Getting items donated is the key to the success of this event. I sincerely hope you can help us out with this event by donating, items, passes, tickets, gift certificates, just about anything will go and will be so appreciated.

The money raised will guarantee the continuation of client services to the over 1,500 clients who depend on us in our area.
