The Mulligans For Families Golf Tournament is an annual fund-raiser for Family Promise - Greater Phoenix. The 2021 tournament is scheduled for Monday, November 15 at Moon Valley Country Club, Phoenix.  150 participants will play golf, volunteer or welcome guests while they participate in a silent and live auction, a wine pull, lunch, play golf and then celebrate the winners at dinner.

The past year was tough for non-profits. Family Promise was unable to hold our usual fund raising events, but we are making plans for our 2021 golf tournament and our website is up and running…waiting for sponsorships, auction items and players.

Family Promise provides a hands-up to homeless families so they can become self-sufficient again. We focus exclusively on families with children, as homelessness is devastating for children. Our programs are designed to prevent homelessness and provide safe shelter and support services while the families get back on their feet. This is so important to the children because every child deserves the security of knowing where they will sleep that night. The people we serve are not the homeless people you see on street corners — homeless families stay hidden to protect their children.

Our program model is very effective, and over the past 20 years we celebrated an amazing 70% success rate. That means 70% of the families accepted into our program successfully find employment, schools and childcare, and graduate into sustainable housing.
