The Cure SMA Walk-n-Roll is the largest fundraiser for the New England Chapter of Cure SMA. Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) is a degenerative neuromuscular disorder. The Walk-n-Roll is a fun family gathering and stroll through Wompatuck State Park in Hingham, MA. We expect approximately 500 participants. This is our 20th annual event (after two years virtual). The raffle is a much anticipated part of the event.
