2nd Annual Night Out Gala!  Last year it was a HUGE success!

This would be a great way for you to showcase and advertise to all of our current families, alumni, staff, faculty and potential new students.

Here are a few options on ways you can contribute to our success this year.  You can sponsor the event.  We will only accept one Gold Sponsor ($6000), two Silver Sponsors ($3000), and three Bronze Sponsors ($2000).

Our Gold Sponsorship includes: your company name displayed on all advertising for the event in addition to top billing that evening at the venue, a Gold Donor level in our virtual journal (see below), 10 tickets to the event, an entire table with your company logo/name at the event for literature, etc.

Our Silver Sponsorship includes: second billing that evening at the venue, a Blue Donor level in our virtual journal (see below), 5 tickets to the event, half a table with your company logo/name at the event for literature, etc.

Our Bronze Sponsorship includes: third billing that evening at the venue, a Blue Donor level in our virtual journal (see below), 2 tickets to the event, a shared table with the other Bronze Sponsors at the event for literature, etc.

We are selling ad space for the evening’s virtual journal, as well.  There will be monitors displaying your company’s information on a loop for the duration of the event and LWA will also place the journal on the website for all of the families and perspective families of LWA to see and recognize.

Here are the details:  There are 3 levels of giving.

1.     Gold Donor - invite background with 6 minutes at a time in the loop @ $600

2.     Blue Donor – blue background with white writing with 3 minutes @ $300

3.     Basic Donor – white background with blue writing with 1 minute @ $200

Each ad is limited to no more than 500 characters and should be submitted in a PDF format.

Another way to contribute is to donate a gift certificate or an item to raffle.  Donating something from your business is an amazing way to showcase your contribution and get your business recognized for supporting this wonderful school. 

Each business that donates a raffle prize will be recognized at the event.

All journal ads and raffle prizes are due no later than March 1st, 2024.

LWA is a 501(c)(3) Non-for profit organization, therefore your donation is tax deductible.
