Description

The Pope PTA Silent Auction is held annually in March in conjunction with the
school's Open House event. Open House is a come-and-go type event that showcases student progress in the classroom and allows parents and grandparents the opportunity to tour the school. The PTA hosts a Silent Auction during this Open House to capitalize on a rare moment when the entire population of the school is present simultaneously. About 1500 parents, grandparents, students, community members, and school staff walk the halls of the campus at Open House.

During the auction, items will be displayed in the cafeteria (a prime location in our school) and bid upon in increments. Detailed description of auction items will be displayed with the items including the name of donating company. Any business cards or brochures provided to us can also be displayed with the donated items. Bidding gets competitive with our bunch, so any items are sure to bring much needed funding to our school!
