Due to being a non-profit, the PAL has set out to provide more opportunities for community outreach and for fundraising. This Trunk-or-Treat event allows the community to come to our facility to learn about who we are as they have fun with games and candy. We are looking at trying to find a dunking booth for the event to help us raise money for our program.  We would also like to look for long term partnerships and sponsors to help us grow as we move into the newly renovated old National Guard Armory building here in Irivng.  A lot more programs we begin once we gain funding to run those new programs.  The PAL is always looking for new ways to reach out to the "at-risk" kids in the community to provide a safe environment that will challenge them to build their self-esteem and confidence through structured physical activities.
