The Irving Police Athletic League (PAL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit orgainzation sponsored by the Irving Police Department and other members of the community with the purpose of investing in the future of our children. The Goal of PAL is to help "at-risk" kids develop self-esteem, discipline, and mental courage through a structured program of physcial activity with exposure to postitive role models. Our program is available to boys and girls, ages 8-18. It offers them the opportunity to experience a variety of activities and sports all free of charge. In addition to the traditional programs, PAL offers nontraditional programs in partnerships with the Texas Parks & Wildlife.
