Home is more than a shelter. It’s many things – our safety, our prescription for health, and it’s the foundation for the futures we build. Habitat for Humanity has long recognized the critical role women play in their communities and their specific barriers to homeownership. Pinot & Purses is an annual event where women are committed to helping inspire, empower, and build community in Sumner County. These women are moms, grandmothers, business owners, community leaders, and all around superheroes! During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have all had to step up in unimaginable ways. Many of us have realized for the first time what it means to live without a home that keeps our families healthy. Right now we need female leadership more than ever before—women from every culture and background.

A donation to Pinot & Purses will be paired with a live auction item featuring a chalet in Pigeon Forge donated by an influencial community member.
