PROM 2024
Gala/Party for RISD Excellence In Education Foundation/ The Richardson ISD FoundationMay 04, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
PROM is the premier fundraising event for The Richardson ISD Foundation. The event includes a live and silent auction, entertainment by Lamont Carliss, DJ LC—the “Dapper” MC—who is featured on WFAA 8 Daybreak morning show, a grant funding opportunity and more. The fundraising goal for PROM is to gross $183,000 and net $113,000 or more. Our goal for the silent auction is to raise $15,000, which is 8% of the overall revenue goal.
PROM brings together 300 to 350 community members to support and celebrate the Foundation’s impact on the Richardson Independent School District (ISD) community. Proceeds from the event help support the Foundation’s mission to advance impactful opportunities to benefit all within the Richardson Independent School District. Because of the support we receive at this event and throughout the year, our organization provides grants and scholarships to students, teachers and staff to help them achieve their academic growth goals.
