Race for the Kids is a local non-profit organization located in Monroe County.  This organization was started in 2013 to assist families in and around our community that have children who are suffering from life threatening medical illnesses.  We assist with medical bills, hospital activities, gift cards for gas, gift cards for food, funeral expenses etc.  The Race for the Kids will be held on June 10, 2023 at 8:45am at St. Joseph School in Erie, Michigan.  The Race consists of a 5K timed run as well as a 1 mile family fun walk.  After the race there are silent auctions, live auctions, raffles, face painters, a magician, bounce houses and opportunities for pictures with costumed characters.  It is a fun morning for everyone in the family.  For more details, please check out our facebook page Race for the Kids or our website www.erie5k.net
