HCHC is holding our second Raise the Stakes casino night fundraiser on Saturday, April 13, in the beautiful Shenandoah Ballroom at Hotel Madison. Attendees will don their festive cocktail attire to enjoy 3 hours of fun casino games to win "fun bucks" for the closing live auction, delicious dinner, full drink bar, music, and a photo booth. The evening will also include a silent auction and 50/50 raffle to participate in person at the event or online.

Why does it matter?

Many of the over 14,000 patients HCHC serves are uninsured or underinsured and part of a vulnerable population. They often come to us with fear, shame, or insecurity about how to solve their health problems or care for their well-being because healthcare feels out of reach for those who cannot afford it. However, at HCHC, we believe that every community member deserves equal access to the healthcare they need, and we are there to meet them where they are.

This year's Raise the Stakes fundraiser is focused on raising $25,000 to support our prenatal care program that provides almost 400 pregnant people access to safe, affordable care each year. Most of those patients do not have insurance, are low income, or new immigrants arriving to the U.S. late in their pregnancy. All contributions will be an invaluable asset to help us meet and exceed our goal to ensure financial and social barriers never get in the way of pregnant people receiving the care they need for their health and the health of their child.
