Hi, my name is Angela Sexton and I am on the board of directors for Tennis Education Association by MATA (TEAM) and Mansfield Area Tennis Association (MATA). We are a local nonprofit in Mansfield, TX that provides free and low-cost tennis to kids and adults in our community. For the past five years, we have sponsored a tennis fundraiser to donate the proceeds to a local needy and worthy charity in our community. To date, we have donated over $15,000 to different organizations; Susan G. Komen, Harvesting in Mansfield Foodbank, Mansfield Mission Center Food Pantry, and last year we gave the money raised to a nursing student for their tuition attending the Texas Tech nursing program in Mansfield at the Medical Center.  This year, all the proceeds will be donated from the event to Alliance for Children, a nonprofit organization in Arlington, TX that is a children's advocacy center that has been there since 1992. We are asking for community grants or sponsorships to help us run this fundraiser that will be held in November 2022. The grant money or sponsorship could help us provide the players and volunteers with lunch, silent auction prizes, and sports awards for the event. We hope you will consider our fundraiser as a donation. 

Please see the flyer for the event attached above. The tournament fundraiser will be held on November 12, 2022, at Walnut Creek Country Club in Mansfield, TX. The silent auction will conclude on Sunday, November 13, 2022.
