On behalf of Limerick Elementary Home & School League, we would like to request your support for our annual Basket Raffle. This year’s theme is “Reach For The Stars” and will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024. 

Our annual basket raffle is our largest fundraising event of the school year. We rely on the generosity of businesses as well as our community members in order to be successful and we truly hope that we can count on your support. 

The funds raised from this event will help fund student assemblies, field trips, school equipment, family activity nights, free reading books as well as a variety of other projects and educational programs that otherwise we would not be able to offer the students and staff of Limerick Elementary. 

At this time, we are reaching out to businesses for assistance. All types of donations are much appreciated, such as pre-made gift baskets (wrapped or unwrapped), gift cards/certificates, individual products & gift type items, as well as monetary contributions are greatly appreciated for use during the raffle and for our grand prize drawings. Limerick Elementary Home and School League is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. Our tax-exempt number is 26-0013353/000. 

In return for your donation, donors will be mentioned in the printed event program as well as clearly acknowledged (on signage) for individual baskets or prizes and a “Thank You” flier that will be sent to all Limerick Elementary families after the event. Additionally, businesses that make a donation valued at $75 or more will also be recognized on our Basket Raffle Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/LimerickElementaryBasketRaffle), and our website                    (https://limerick-hsl.org). Our raffle allows you to reach more than 300 attendees and 300 Limerick Elementary families for a minimal donation.

Our families value and support your business throughout the year and we hope you will consider our request.

To properly prepare, we are asking for donations to be received by February 10, 2024. Donations can be dropped off at Limerick Elementary School between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
